    A.私達のタイルは、オンラインショップで世界中にお届けしています。オリジナル製品をご希望の場合は、お問い合わせフォームまたはメールにてご連絡ください。お客様のご要望をお聞かせ頂きましたら出来るだけ早くお返事いたします。 / Our tiles are available for worldwide delivery through our online store. If you are interested in custom-made products, please contact us via the contact form or email. We will respond as quickly as possible after receiving your request.
  • Q.- 納期 について / Delivery time -
    A.私たちのタイルコレクションは、注文に応じて製作されるのでリードタイムがあります。通常、製作には1~3週間かかります。小さなスタジオですので、4~8週間かかる場合もあります。もし納期が厳しい場合は、お知らせください。出来るだけ早くお届け出来るよう、最善を尽くします。 / Our tile collections are made to order, so a lead time is required. Production typically takes 1 to 3 weeks, but as we are a small studio, it may take up to 4 to 8 weeks in some cases. If you are working with a tight deadline, please let us know- we will do our best to accommodate your schedule and deliver as soon as possible.

    A.オンラインショップでのご購入の場合は、BASEのお支払方法をご覧ください。オリジナル製品の場合のお支払いは銀行振込でお願いいたします。ご注文の確認後、請求書をお送りします。製作には50%の頭金が必要です。その後、出荷前に残金をお支払い頂きます。海外からのご注文の場合、現地税や関税がかかる場合があります。 / For purchases through our online store, please refer to the BASE payment methods. For custom-made products, payment is required via bank transfer. An invoice will be sent after your order is confirmed. A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due before shipment. Please note that international orders may be subject to local taxes and import duties.

    A.送料を請求させて頂きます。日本国内は、ゆうパックでの配送となります。また10cm角のタイル1枚まではレターパックにてお届けします。海外へはEMSでの配送となります。またSPAZIO1961CERAMICは、海外での輸入税/通関手数料については責任を負いかねますのでご了承下さい。/ Shipping charges will apply. Domestic deliveries within Japan are shipped via Yu-pack. For orders of a single tile of a single 10cm or smaller, we offer delivery via Letter pack. International orders are shipped via EMS. Please note that SPAZIO1961CERAMIC is not responsible for any import taxes or customs fees incurred in the destination country.
  • Q.- 返品について / Returns -
    A.商品は受注生産のため、交換・返品はお受けできません。ただし、万一、誤った商品が届いた場合や破損していた場合は、商品到着後14日以内にeメールにてご連絡ください。できるだけ早くご連絡し、ご対応させていただきます。そして商品に予期せぬ不具合があり返品される場合、返送にかかる送料はもちろんSPAZIO1961CERAMICが負担します。それ以外の場合、返送にかかる費用はお客様のご負担となります。その際に送料不足の荷物はお受けできません。 / As our products are made to order, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us via email within 14 days of delivery. We will respond as quickly as possible to resolve the issue. If a return is necessary due to a defect or other issue with the product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we cannot accept packages with insufficient postage.
